• Provide expert agronomic advice and consultancy services remotely.
• Develop and implement advanced crop management strategies for a variety of crops.

• A Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related agricultural discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural research.
• Proven expertise in crop physiology, soil science, and sustainable farming practices.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and digital agricultural tools (e.g., precision farming software, GIS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Familiarity with various crop types and agricultural systems.
