The Job Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Agricultural Management Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of estates and farming clients, supporting their businesses through financial management, strategic advice, and practical problem-solving. The role will suit someone eager to build autonomy, contribute to client meetings, and develop into a trusted advisor within the agribusiness sector.
Location: Suffolk (with travel to clients)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Package: Up to £40,000
Key Responsibilities
- Producing accurate financial information, budgets, cashflow forecasts, and supporting documents.
- Communicating clearly and sensitively with clients on key matters affecting their farm businesses.
- Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Defining problems, identifying solutions, and presenting findings effectively.
- Contributing to client meetings with insights and professional recommendations.
- Continuously developing technical knowledge and applying it to client projects.
- Championing business operations and supporting the delivery of professional services in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Desire to provide high-quality advice to farmers and landowners.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills (written and oral).
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to learn new technologies.
