You will need to be a skilled and experienced Service Technician who takes pride in th.

• Advise clients on precision agriculture technologies and strategies.
• Analyze farm data to optimize input management and crop performance.
• Implement and support GPS guidance and VRT systems.
• Utilize drone imagery and sensor data for farm management.
• Provide training and technical support to farmers.
• Evaluate new agricultural technologies and trends.
• Develop customized precision farming plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful technology adoption.

• BSc/MSc in Agriculture or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in precision agriculture or agronomy.
• Proficiency with farm management software and data analysis.
• Knowledge of precision farming equipment.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for remote clients.

• Planning and supervising all farming activities, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and pest control.
• Managing livestock, including feeding, health monitoring, and breeding programs.
• Implementing and monitoring sustainable agricultural practices, such as crop rotation, organic fertilization, and water conservation.
• Overseeing the maintenance and operation of farm machinery and equipment.
• Managing farm staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling work.
• Monitoring crop and soil health, implementing appropriate treatments and interventions.
• Managing the farm's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
• Maintaining accurate farm records, including production yields, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
• Exploring and implementing new technologies and techniques to improve farm efficiency and sustainability.

Are you a HSE Advisor looking to become a senior HSE specialist for a well-established business who operate nationally, who provide can provide clear opportunities to progress within the business, autonomy in visiting sites across the UK, a competitive benefits package and lots of variety in work?

You will be recognised as the go-to person for HSE within a successful forestry, transport and manufacturing organisation. You will be required to visit the sites across the UK regularly with some overnight stays and have autonomy to do so as you see fit, maintaining standards across the business and completing necessary paperwork. To aid with travel you will be provided with a personal use vehicle and fuel card.

The Role

• Move between all sites across the UK, with some staying away necessary
• Flexible working hours based on a 45hr week, Monday to Friday

The Person

• Senior HSE Advisor
• NEBOSH certificate as a minimum
• Experience within heavy industries like construction, agriculture or forestry
• Valid UK driving license
