Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering customer engagements:
- Deliver customer engagements including MCI programs to help customers get value from Microsoft technology
- Deliver training sessions to range of audiences from end-user to stakeholders
- Deliver client workshops to a high standard, ensuring they are engaging and informative
- Documenting the findings of workshops in the form of current state assessments, recommendations and actions arising within the workshops
- Management of the expectations of clients involved in workshops
- Travel on site to support clients with technology rollouts if required
Support the growth of knowledge and skills within CPS by:

As a CPS Adoption & Change Consultant, you will support organisations through technology change, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption, but also wider programmes where change management is required.
