You will be expected to stay abreast of global AI regulations and ethical standards, contributing to industry best practices and representing the company in relevant forums. This role is pivotal in ensuring our commitment to developing AI responsibly and building trust with our users and society.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational AI ethics frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and products.
  • Provide guidance on bias detection, mitigation, and fairness in AI systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI development.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on AI ethics issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI ethics professionals.
  • Stay current with AI regulations, standards, and best practices globally.
  • Contribute to public discourse and thought leadership on AI ethics.
  • Advise on responsible AI deployment and governance.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Philosophy, Ethics, Law, Sociology, Computer Science with an ethics focus, or a related interdisciplinary field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology ethics.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their societal implications.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ethical guidelines and policies.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with global AI regulations and standards.
