As part of this brand-new role, you will be responsible for building good data and AI governance practices, and keeping up to date with emerging technologies, risks, and business practices.
The position will involve working across key areas such as:
- Strategy and Direction - Identify, build, and communicate effectively the need for the Data and AI Governance strategy and business plan.
- Internal Client Relationship Management - Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them to address Data and AI governance issues effectively.
- Best Practice - develop and embed best practice for data and AI governance.
- Team Leadership - Set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these.
- Vendor/partner management - Work closely with vendors and partners to support delivery and ensure that work driven through vendors/partners is of high standards.
