The "Big AI" program within our AI Group tackles strategic, complex, and often ambiguous problems that are top-of-mind for our executive leadership. As a Senior AI Specialist focusing on Big AI, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing custom AI solutions to address these critical business challenges. You will work with local and external models, engage in sophisticated prompt optimization, workflow and AI agent design, and help formalize business workflows for AI to understand, reason about, and optimize. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business processes or tasks into effective AI agent architectures/workflows. Strategic Problem Framing & Stakeholder Engagement

Who you are:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science, AI research, or machine learning, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating impact on strategic decision-making or complex problem-solving.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
