The ideal candidate will possess an EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) with a valid B1 or B2 rating, or an equivalent recognized qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience working on aircraft structures, preferably on commercial or military aircraft, is required. Strong knowledge of aircraft materials, repair techniques, and aviation regulations is essential. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation is crucial. Good manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are necessary. A proactive approach to safety and quality is paramount.
