The European Airports and Airline Team (A&A) is key to accelerating the continued growth of Cirium. Our high performing team is continuously evolving and striving for greater commercial impact. About the role:
As the Key Account Manager (Airlines), you will play a crucial role in ensuring every aviation decision is powered by Cirium. Your success will be driven by providing clients with the best experience and value. You will lead the commercial relationship with Europe's leading airlines, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Through multi-channel engagement, you will develop and strengthen relationships, execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and increase market share. Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with leading airline clients, including key influencers and decision makers like the C-suite, to drive Cirium's commercial advantage
+ Devise account engagement plans to facilitate higher revenue growth through broader and deeper relationships
+ Conduct quarterly client business reviews and co-collaborate to align for account growth
+ Negotiate and close high-value agreements, ensuring value-based price discovery and scoping terms
+ Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture, internal and external collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach
+ Define and execute airline enterprise sales strategy aligned with Cirium's goals to renew, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Skills required:
+ Outstanding track record in enterprise sales, commercial success, and client relationship management at all levels of an organization, ideally with an aviation background
+ Highly developed communication, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
+ Ability to understand complexity and how capabilities can benefit clients
+ Strategic thinking with an understanding of business economics drivers and creativity to drive win-win relationships for commercial improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the daily build plan is deployed, ensuring safe, timely and efficient execution of tasks by the suppliers' maintenance team.
+ Lead daily operations shipside action tracker meetings to address issues from production, find solutions and remove roadblocks working with functional support teams.
+ Coordinate with multifunctional support groups as required to resolve aircraft issues, working actions and updating the Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) system to distribute out to appropriate support groups.
+ Interpret manufacturing issues to keep production moving and resolve all chronic and recurring issues by ensuring processes are being followed and the team is working together to resolve issues.
+ Agree and communicate with the first shift Boeing management and IE (scheduler) to evaluate and set the build plan for the second shift.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
+ Experience either working on or managing aircraft build or maintenance activities within a civilian or military environment
+ The ability to provide knowledge-based leadership/oversight and apply both technical and human factors (HF) knowledge, with regard to the running and control of maintenance staff, against industry and organisational requirements.
+ An excellent communicator, with a demonstrable ability to manage, able to communicate the organisational and technical work requirements to their staff and to ensure their Maintenance Controllers and Team Leads support these requirements, in order that key business targets are met.
+ Capable of upward and cross-peer communicating and managing at all levels, cross functional areas, programme and the customers effectively.
+ Demonstrable and proven working knowledge of EASA, FAA, CAA or MAA Regulation, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) processes, and the application of these requirements.
+ Management of their team/s to ensure workflow progress, to maintain the scheduled plan, ensuring all work requirements are captured and workloads controlled, for on time completion, to budget, to the first time Quality standards
+ Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical Documents, Technical Drawings and/or associated Authorised Technical Publications (ATP's), to provide guidance to their team/s if necessary
+ Demonstrable and proven leadership, capable of adopting appropriate leadership skills/ styles for effective management of their team/s

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – AW169 Aircraft (Permanent)

We are currently recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) to be based in one of four new operating bases in British Columbia (Vancouver, Kamloops, Prince Rupert, and Prince George). All AMEs will be responsible to Crew Chief for the completion of the maintenance and repair tasks assigned to them.
In this role, you will:
Maintain, adjust, modify, test, diagnose, and repair AW169 aircraft.Create and complete task cards and work packs in WinAir.Work with specialized aviation and power tools, computers, and diagnostic equipment.Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks.Keep timely and accurate records of the repair and maintenance activities that were conducted.Use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for tasks/jobs.Maintain a clean and productive work area.Conduct aircraft cleaning duties of interior and exterior (excluding medical biohazards).Work efficiently alone and as part of a team.Read, understand, and adhere to the Safety & Health Policy Statement, Company Occupational Health & Safety Manual, Company Policies and Procedures, and the MPM.Utilize the Company reporting system to report any hazard, incident, or accident.Enter labour in the labour tracking system accurately for all tasks performed.Perform work in accordance with all Transport Canada guidelines.Other duties as assigned. ProfilThe ideal candidate:
Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license.Have experience working on a rotary-wing asset, ideally on Leonardo Helicopters AW-Family aircraft, in particular, the AW169.Have demonstrated experience working on WinAir or other similar maintenance programs.Have good organizational skills.Is proficient in English, written and spoken.Have the physical ability to sit or crouch for extended periods.Have the physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.Have physical dexterity to allow working in confined spaces.The ability and willingness to undertake shift work.Is comfortable working at height.Be eligible for an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)Have the right to work in Canada and/or have or can obtain a Canadian passport.Hold a valid driver’s license.
