The European Airports and Airline Team (A&A) is key to accelerating the continued growth of Cirium. Our high performing team is continuously evolving and striving for greater commercial impact. The A&A team is based in our central London office, part of the wider EMEA sales team. The EMEA sales team includes sectors across travel, technology providers, aircraft manufacturers and financial institutions.

About the role:
As the Key Account Manager (Airlines), you will play a crucial role in ensuring every aviation decision is powered by Cirium. Your success will be driven by providing clients with the best experience and value. You will lead the commercial relationship with Europe's leading airlines, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Through multi-channel engagement, you will develop and strengthen relationships, execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and increase market share. Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with leading airline clients, including key influencers and decision makers like the C-suite, to drive Cirium's commercial advantage
+ Devise account engagement plans to facilitate higher revenue growth through broader and deeper relationships
+ Conduct quarterly client business reviews and co-collaborate to align for account growth
+ Negotiate and close high-value agreements, ensuring value-based price discovery and scoping terms
+ Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture, internal and external collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach
+ Define and execute airline enterprise sales strategy aligned with Cirium's goals to renew, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
+ Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas to expand Cirium's reach
+ Represent Cirium at conferences, forums, panels, webinars, and speaking engagements
Skills required:
+ Outstanding track record in enterprise sales, commercial success, and client relationship management at all levels of an organization, ideally with an aviation background
+ Highly developed communication, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
+ Ability to understand complexity and how capabilities can benefit clients
