**About the role**
As a CBRE Compliance Senior Consultant, you will support the operational execution of our global privacy program. This role will focus on supporting privacy-related projects and programs, tracking compliance controls, and generating reports to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization. This role may also support the management of data subject requests (DSRs), creation and maintenance of privacy program documentation, and assistance with communications efforts related to privacy awareness.
This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. This function is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks. This role reports to CBRE's Data Trust Director.
**What you will be doing:**
+ Support the operational execution of the global privacy program.
+ Manage and support privacy-related projects and programs.
+ Research best practices to conduct complex risk evaluations and track compliance controls related to privacy compliance.
+ Develop standard risk metrics and monitoring techniques.
+ Liaise and communicate with internal and external groups about various risks and opportunities.
+ Schedule and lead privacy risk and control management meetings.
+ Perform key control testing.
