My client is seeking a 12-month maternity cover Amazon Marketplace Manager for the UK and EU to support their continued success and growth plans for their D2C online platform. The Marketplace Manager will report directly to the Head of Digital and work alongside the Merchandise Manager, Commercial Finance, and the E-commerce Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitoring and tracking competitor activity and pricing.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven online selling experience with a passion for achieving sales growth and improving profitability through Amazon Marketplace.
- UK & EU e-commerce trading experience
- Expert in digital merchandising, optimising listings, keyword search and ranking.
- Broad digital marketing skills with experience in PPC campaign management and SEO.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in managing a large product catalogue.
- Extensive commercial and technical knowledge of tools and systems used across marketplaces such as Seller Central, Seller Legend and Helium 10.
- Strong understanding of barcoding and fulfilment options.

We require an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join the E-commerce team of our thriving direct-to-customer business, Brand Threads. Through acting as subject matter expert in Amazon Marketplace promotion, trading and specialist search, you will actively improve metrics to include organic keyword searches, product visibility, reduction in PPC, and on-time delivery of targeted campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise product listings in line with Amazon’s best practices to maximise organic visibility and sales conversions. li>Regularly maintain and update comprehensive product details, including images, descriptions, titles, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Utilise keyword analysis tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Prism to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords.
- Implement strategic keyword insights to improve organic rankings, traffic, and sales performance.
- Act as the key contact with licensors, ensuring timely product listing approvals and correct linking of products with merchant token IDs.
- Prepare and submit accurate ASIN spreadsheets regularly for licensors, especially for promotional activities and licensor-driven store campaigns.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to optimise organic and PPC visibility, driving maximum sales.
- Manage and continually refine Amazon PPC campaigns to maintain competitive ACOS and achieve high ROAS.
- Track and analyse performance metrics including ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), organic keyword rankings, conversion rates, and overall profit margins.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy to boost sales, rankings, and brand presence across the UK and beyond
- Enhance product pages with A+ content & SEO optimised listing copy to maximise organic and paid traffic
- Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive ROI and dominate search results
- Enhancing our current data system to analyse sales, traffic, consumer purchase behaviour and campaign data to spot trends & optimise performance
- Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align Amazon efforts with inventory and broader brand goals
- Liaise with Amazon’s internal team to troubleshoot listing suppressions and similar issues with speed and efficiency
- Report on Amazon KPIs with actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Test new Amazon tools and features to maintain our competitive advantage
- Own relationships with key Amazon account managers and tech providers to maximise platform opportunities
Skills You'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts for e-commerce brands (nutrition/wellness experience a bonus)
- Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon in a competitive category
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, and SEO best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data for smarter decisions
- Ability to problem-solve & pivot quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- A passion for e-commerce and health/wellness is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills for liaising with external teams
