Shift Pattern:  Monday – Friday (day shift)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and Inventory Coordinator  to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include creating shipment documents, purchase orders, and labels, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory control. You will also coordinate shipment requests and oversee the dispatch of in-process samples and finished products to labs and clinics worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage deliveries, prepare shipment documentation, and maintain inventory control
  • li>Create and process shipment documents, purchase orders, and labels
  • Track shipment requests, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements
  • Coordinate and ship in-process samples and finished products to international destinations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or warehousing environment
