Our client is a fast-growing, UK-based business specialising in licensed children’s products, distributed primarily through retail partners. Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Amazon Specialist to lead our marketplace expansion, with a strong emphasis on building, optimising, and scaling our Amazon UK and international presence (Vendor and Seller Central). The Customer Support Escalation Specialist is an EU role focusing on customer support in FRITES. You will be directly responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders; Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Shipper compliance to own and send external shipper communications for the small shipper cohort. These communications will be regarding; rate card amendments, forecasting, billing and payments, collection migrations and any compliance issues.
In this role you will also be responsible for managing the quality assurance of our customer service responses, submitting audits on the defective cases, and identifying improvement opportunities in existing SOPs (standardised operating procedures), with the objective of improving the customer experience. You will manage a customer support escalation queue, and look to partner with internal stakeholders to resolve shipper escalations, whilst working to KPIs that directly measure customer experience.
This role is based in London, United Kingdom.
Key job responsibilities
- Work as a customer support escalation subject matter expert (SME), managing shipper escalations and resolving them within service level agreements. As the candidate would be an SME, they would then use their expertise to identify CS improvement.
- Coordinate and own shipper (customer) outbound communications for the small non-account managed shipper cohort. These communications will be based off inputs generated from internal stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Shipper compliance.
- Proactively identifying process gaps in existing customer services SOPs, with the purpose of driving process improvement initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive growth and process improvement for your business.
- Fluent in English and Italian. French and Spanish will be a plus
- Experience working in client facing roles, ideally in a sales or support function.

About the team
The Worldwide Specialist Organization CXE (Customer Experience Engagement) team positions AWS as the best place to run contact center workloads.
Our team helps customers migrate contact center operations to the AWS cloud while providing a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for customers to innovate and unlock new potential.
As a Area Specialist on the team, you will define and execute area specific GTM motions for CXE services to expand their adoption into new and/or existing customer portfolios.
This position will help AWS customers adopt Amazon Connect and adjacent services to run their contact centers effectively on the AWS cloud.
Basic Qualifications
- Relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting expertise
- Solid Contact Center technology domain experience
- English language proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and/or Line of Business Leaders.
- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
- Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions.

We're looking for someone who will be excited by partnering in launching a new start-up and will engage in B2B sales generation working with businesses in the UK.
We are reinventing everything from go-to-market strategy to lead generation to account management, and looking for a Sales rep that can partner with Product Management and Tech as we scale this new solution from local to nationwide.
The successful Sales Representative will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a start-up environment. A day in the life
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve Cost Per Delivery (CPD), on time deliveries, and first time delivery success rates across more than 120 delivery stations within the UK. To be successful and deliver on the goals within each of these areas of focus, the Program Manager will need to conduct and present complex analysis to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders. In addition to delivering on these goals, the Program Manager will need to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the end-to-end AGL delivery processes to assist partner teams in shaping product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and advising on critical considerations within the Grocery delivery space.
The Program Manager will be responsible for providing complex last-mile research for strategic decisions in managing delivery performance metrics. This will include deep diving underlying metric and tech tool performance to continually uncover opportunities for optimization and drives data-based solutions within the end-to-end delivery and technical processes. It is imperative that the Program Manager proactively seeks opportunities for further performance optimization, quantifies the business opportunities, and leads working groups to effectively generate potential solutions. Due to the varying skill and exposure levels in their partner teams, it is important for the Program Manager to possess a deep understanding of the subject, frame potential solutions effectively and build trust with stakeholders to drive improvements in key performance metrics.
