This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join a growing, high-performing finance function during a period of rapid expansion. You’ll take ownership of group consolidation models and provide insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
You will also have exposure to M&A activity, supporting post-acquisition integration and assessing impacts on key financial ratios. This is a high-profile role offering visibility across the business and the chance to make a real impact.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and develop the Group Consolidation Model.
- Deliver long-term forecasts, banking reports, and Board-level analysis.
- Maintain customer cube data and support Power BI reporting.
- Produce Monthly Business Review Packs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support WIP, order book, cashflow, and profitability reporting.
- Contribute to working capital and productivity analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Advanced Excel skills; consolidation tools and Power BI experience a plus.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Experience in group-level, multi-entity reporting.
- Understanding of M&A financial modelling.
LOCATION
This is a hybrid working role based in Crawley - Commutable from nearby locations such as Gatwick, Brighton and Horsham.
