Head of Financial Planning & Analysis required for a leading specialist children's health charity on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The Finance team is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, including the implementation of a new finance system. This is a key role where you will lead the post-implementation phase of the new system and continue delivering high-quality financial performance reporting, forecasting, and business insights.

Detailed duties include;

Our client, a rapidly growing financial services firm, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead their finance function. This is a fully remote leadership position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organisation. Your role will involve providing critical financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance profitability.
