Job Description
Reports to: Adit Ruparel, Chief Operating Officer
Location: Hybrid – Harpenden HQ (2 days p/w) + remote; occasional site visits to gyms, warehouse and pop-up events
MARCHON is the UK’s premium performance-lifestyle ecosystem, one brand that helps driven people train, fuel and dress for a life without limits. World-class coaching sits at the centre, backed by certified performance supplements and movement-ready apparel, all amplified by our beacon gyms.
Founded by ex-England rugby player and CEO Ollie Marchon, the company has grown from a single HQ club to a true omni-channel offering: the Train app, a fast-scaling supplement line, and physical hubs that bring the experience to life.
We’re still small enough that every new teammate leaves fingerprints on the product, yet the momentum is real. Our 2026 plans are ambitious to say the least, as we make a step-change in evolving our ecosystem between training, supplements and apparel.
If you care about high standards, straight talk and making a visible impact, you’ll feel at home here. Join us while there’s still room to shape the journey.
MissionTurn data into the engine of decision-making at MARCHON. Following an initial contractor build of our Single View of Customer (SVOC), you’ll take ownership of the platform, keep it running smoothly, and — most importantly — surface the insights that directly improve payback, retention and margin.
This is primarily an analytics role (≈80%) with light engineering responsibility (≈20%) to maintain the SVOC and dashboards day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver commercial insight – produce clear analyses on LTV, CAC, churn, cohorts, SKU mix and margin to guide leadership trade-offs.
- Own recurring reporting – ensure Board Packs, Growth dashboards and OKR trackers are accurate, timely and automated.
- Enable self-serve – train Growth, Marketing and MDs to use dashboards with confidence, reducing ad-hoc data requests.
- Maintain the stack – manage dbt models in BigQuery and Looker dashboards, monitor data freshness, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Guard data quality – oversee Fivetran connectors, run freshness checks, maintain match-rates and keep documentation live.
- Partner with leadership – work with Growth, Finance, Product and MDs so that every decision forum runs on trusted numbers.
12-Month Success KPIs
- Leadership forums running solely on SVOC dashboards - 100%
- Time to refresh Board Pack & CAC/LTV reporting <60 min
- Active commercial users of dashboards ≥ 12
- Insight-driven interventions with measurable impact on margin/retention ≥ 3
- Pipeline uptime (scheduled models) ≥ 99 %
Requirements
- 4+ years in data analytics (insight generation, reporting, stakeholder storytelling).
- Strong SQL skills; comfortable maintaining dbt models and Looker/Power BI dashboards.
- Proven record turning data into actionable insights (LTV, CAC, payback, cohorts) that influenced commercial or budget decisions.
- Commercial fluency — able to speak margin, EBITDA, payback and retention in plain English.
- Strong communicator — able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, subscription/e-commerce data, or fitness/wellness brands.
Benefits
- Salary: up to £75,000
- 22 + 8 Bank Holidays + your birthday
- Pension contributions
- Starter Pack – all things MARCHON
- £400 Gift card per year to spend on MARCHON Supplements & Apparel
- Year-round discount on Supplements & Apparel
- Free gym membership to all MARCHON gyms
- Full access to MARCHON Online training & Nutrition
- PC or Mac laptop

Job Description
An AI Email & Meeting Assistant that eliminates the admin burden for professionals in client-facing roles. Think sales, consultants, recruiters, people spend hours on emails, scheduling, and follow-ups. Fyxer Al streamlines and automates these tasks by understanding your inbox, drafting replies in your own voice, and taking crisp meeting notes.
Unlike other startups, we're a pure-play applied AI company and not a SaaS company with AI features hastily bolted on. We use the best techniques (fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation), and as a result, users send 53% of the email drafts we generate.
How has it been going?Since our launch in March 2024, we've grown from $0 to $8 million in revenue, serving tens of thousands of paying users. In February 2025, we raised a 10 million Series A to accelerate our path to 50 million in revenue and less than six months later, we raised our 30m Series B. Only the top 1% of companies have ever gone from A to B this quickly.
What do we value? We're very intentional about adding new people. We believe a small team of exceptional people working hard at a problem they care about will always outperform a larger, more unfocused team. That means you'll need to bring an intensity to this role that might not be expected at other companies but it also means you'll be fast-tracked into roles with greater responsibilities far earlier.
We also believe in hiring people who want ownership and autonomy in their work and giving it to them. We see it as farm to table - you nurture the crops, assemble the plates, we just loan you the land.
How will I feed into the Fyxer Growth engine? We’ve scaled a pretty hefty “big-block” paid engine - rapid scaling on Meta, Google and alongside optimisation of onboarding sequences and lifecycle email took us from $1m to 18m ARR in 9 months. But we’re not 100% sure if all that horsepower is translating to us moving as fast as we could be. We’re absolutely not driving blind - but we’d appreciate the help in getting better visibility.
That’s where hopefully you come in. Your mission would be to help us refine our analytics around our self-serve acquisition funnel: get more business users to connect their work inbox, hit the “aha, draft sent” moment, and return daily - without ever talking to sales.
Types of projects you’d be trying to solve for this side of January:
- Refining our fuel mix. Make sure attribution, incrementality testing and geo/MMM views are as good as possible so we never over-fuel or under-boost a channel.
- Defining our acquisition LTV. We’d love it if you’d been at the coalface of this before. We have so much rich data which we could use to ensure our CAC:LTV is as defensible as possible, but also act as a goldmine for acquisition and retention optimisation.
- Checking our signals. With $Xm going into pai media channels every month, the data we feed our advertising platforms is critical to solid returns; think Conversions API, automated audience parsing from Customer.io.
- Getting under the hood. You’d be the go to person for acquisition and retention performance within our Growth Marketing stack. Owning weekly reporting and being the mouthpiece for week to week flags need to be your bread and butter.
Must have:
- 4+ years owning acquisition or activation KPIs as an analyst, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in experiment design, CAC/LTV maths and business storytelling.
- SQL is non-negotiable. Further languages (R, Python) feel very advantageous.
- Experience working with or building LTV models from scratch.
- Experience building multi-cell geo experiments or Media Mix Modelling projects.
- A sense of urgency and intensity in your work.
- Worked at an early-stage tech company (<100 people) as a growth, marketing, product or commercial analyst.
- You've demonstrated through self-driven work any of the following: optimising customer journeys, building virality/seat expansion/referrals, or building revenue operations infrastructure. If you’ve lived in a Growth world, supporting it feels easier. High agency is a must for this role.
- Knowledge of the typical B2B SaaS growth/revops stack-experimentation, CRM, segmentation tools.
- Keen interest in LLMs, workflow automation, and AI agents.
Points for each of the following you’ve interacted with:
- Paid channels (currently): Meta, Google, testing on Linkedin, TikTok.
- Lifecycle / CRM: Customer.io
- Posthog for frontend analytics (events, sessions, feature flags, experiments)
- BigQuery as our data warehouse, with Metabase for data visualization. Production data and Posthog events both stream into it so data is in one place.
- There is an assumption you would use AI alongside much of the above, examples which are commonplace in the team (outside of standard OpenAI, Claude, etc) Dot (analytics), HeyGen (avatars), AdManage & Motion (creative management).
What's on offer:
- This role pays £75k-100k/year DOE & equity
- Private Medical
- Lunch provided and fully stocked snacks/drinks available
- Jons, our Growth Director, is the hiring manager
- We work from our office in Chancery Lane, London, Monday to Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home days.
- Submit your CV (no need for a cover letter)
- Initial call with someone from the Fyxer AI team to review your experience and motivation (20-30 mins)
- Experience interview with the hiring manager, Jons (30 mins)
- In office interview with Jons, and other members of our Growth, Engineering and Marketing teams.
