**Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?**
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of FMCG commercial processes and data science methods. Experience across European markets and fluency in English are essential, with additional languages considered a plus. We're looking for someone with experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Personal Care business.
While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here's what we are looking for:
+ Proven experience in Data & Analytics, ideally within Consumer Goods or Retail.
+ Demonstrated agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to efficiently manage projects, implement change, and foster continuous learning.
+ Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
+ Solid grasp of commercial processes and financials (e.g. P&L) in FMCG environments.
+ Excellent analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action.
+ Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and no-code ETL tools.
+ Familiar with data lakes (e.g. Snowflake), and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
+ Strong understanding of data science methods (e.g. regression, ML, AI) applied in FMCG.
+ Experienced with syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, Circana), panel (e.g. Homescan), EPOS, and e-commerce data (e.g. Flywheel).
+ Experience with TPM/TPO systems for trade and promotional management an advantage.
+ Commercially minded, innovative, and results driven.
+ Experience working across European markets is a plus.
+ Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

It will be a very sharp learning curve, but we can help with this. A numerate mindset – you must be comfortable working with large sets of data. (Think too big for Excel!). Proven experience of SAS as a data preparation and data analysis tool. Experience working in a data-driven environment.
