I have a lovely independant practice looking for an experienced VCA full time.
Must have at least 1-2 years previsous experience.
Core Responsibilities:

Animal Care:
- Feeding, watering, and ensuring animals have access to fresh food and water.
- Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures, cages, and kennels.
- Grooming and exercising animals.
- Monitoring animal health and behavior, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff.

Assisting with Treatments and Procedures:
- Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.
- Assisting with basic treatments, such as administering medications (under supervision).
- Restraining animals for examinations and procedures.
- Monitoring animals during and after procedures.

General Practice Support:
- Maintaining a clean and organized practice environment.
- Handling and transporting animals safely.
- Some VCAs may also assist with reception or administrative tasks.

Specific Duties for Inpatients:
- Exercising, grooming, and feeding hospitalized animals.
- Monitoring and providing supportive care to inpatients.

**A day in the life of a Veterinary Nutrition Partner Assistant .**
As a **Veterinary Nutrition Partner Assistant** , you'll play a key role in supporting our field team with essential administrative and operational tasks, including:
+ **Data analysis** to support strategic decision-making
+ **Field call planning** and identifying target clinics
+ **Managing CPD certification** records
+ **Handling email communications** and follow-ups
+ **Ordering point-of-sale materials** for key campaigns
+ **Distributing toolkits and project updates** to the team
**What will make you successful?**
+ Strong organisational and communication skills
+ Comfortable working with data and digital tools
+ Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
+ Interest in veterinary or animal nutrition is a plus!
