Mediahub is a full-service media agency with a unique structure and client offer. We grew out of creative agency MullenLowe in the hot crucible of the digital and data revolution that has transformed media over the last ten years.

We believe media's strongest growth lever is innovation. AI and algorithms are useful for efficiency but lead brands to say similar things in similar places to similar audiences. Effectiveness comes from innovation, and innovation comes from creativity. We offer the best of both worlds: an entrepreneurial culture backed by the global scale of Mediabrands. You'll join an agency that's full of energy, experimentation and ambition. We're a home for pilots, not passengers.

  • Anticipate tomorrow –
We are challengers. We are proactive in thinking about what needs to happen today in order to make tomorrow better
  • Perform with pride –
We take pride and care in what we do, and together we strive for excellence
  • Turn no into next –
    Obstacles and restraints inspire us
  • Question what others won't –
Powerful ideas start by questioning what's perceived as established truth
  • Fight inertia –
We relentlessly push for better, never settling for complacency
  • Be brave –
Safe is risky. Bravery gets us to unprecedented places

Job Description

Abuelita's Wellbeing is a holistic health studio in Hackney offering massage, movement, and community care. We're seeking a creative volunteer to support our social media and content strategy to grow our impact and tell our story.

What difference will you make?

The Impact You'll Have
Your work will help shape how people discover, understand, and connect with the care we offer. At Abuelita's, we believe that when people feel supported in both body and mind, everything else becomes more manageable. Yet too often, people fall through the cracks of an overstretched system.

By helping us grow our online presence, you'll make it easier for more people to find a space where their wellbeing is truly listened to — where chronic pain, nervous system overwhelm, and emotional stress are met with science-based therapies and genuine care.

We're currently focused on expanding support for refugee women and vulnerable groups through free community events, 1 1 care, and collaborations with local partners. But we're also here for private clients — many dealing with pain, fatigue, burnout, or just a feeling of being lost in today's fast-moving world.

The more visible we are, the more people we can support — from running massage days for women seeking asylum to welcoming someone who's been waiting months for help through the NHS.

This role is about helping us share what we already do well with a wider audience, in a way that's warm, creative, and clear. Whether it's helping someone discover pain relief, reconnect with their body, or feel welcomed into a space of care, your work will ripple far beyond the screen.

We're not here to replace systems. We're here to
complement them
with thoughtful, human-centred care that meets people where they are.

If you believe in the power of creativity, storytelling, and kindness, we'd love to have you with us.

What are we looking for?

  • Comfortable using Instagram (or similar platforms)
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content tools is a plus
  • Some familiarity with creating Reels, stories, or social campaigns
  • (Bonus) Interest or basic understanding of SEO for blogs and visibility
  • A background in marketing, communications, design, or wellbeing

Character & Values

  • Clear communicator, with a warm and inclusive style
  • Open to feedback and new ideas
  • Aligned with our values care, connection, community, and accessibility
  • Passionate about making wellbeing more human, relatable, and visible

Time Commitment

  • Flexible remote volunteering
  • Ideally 4–8 hours per week
  • Weekly check-ins or updates with Simona (founder), via Zoom or email
  • Open to co-creating a rhythm that works for both sides

We believe this role would suit someone who wants to grow their portfolio, contribute meaningfully to a community project, or gain experience working with a purpose-led wellbeing brand.
