**Role Description:**
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) is part of the Global Operations organisation and is responsible for client AML/KYC refresh globally. The team supports the business in completing AML/KYC due diligence checks as well as maintaining client records.
The role will support the AML/KYC refresh as part of the annual refresh cycle. The associate will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex operations problems and will be a technical expert in KYC/CDD processes. The environment is constantly changing as new initiatives & systems are implemented and there will be the opportunity for the associate to contribute towards these exciting changes. As a technical expert, the associate will also help guide less experienced associates in resolving complex transactions and operational problems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ You will conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines aligned to more complex jurisdictions and/or client structures
+ You will review of refresh requirements for assigned jurisdiction in line with related Client Identification Profile (CIP)/CDD Procedures to ensure adequacy and accuracy before the requirements are sent to the client.
+ You will liaise with sales/ client outreach teams to obtain and validate correct documentation to fulfil refresh requirements.
+ You will perform client remediation/refresh through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to ensure all requirements are met.
+ You will ensure all jurisdictional regulatory requirements related to KYC are adhered to.
+ You will participate in internal/external Audits and Quality checks.

+ Enterprise Web Catalogue: Manage the process on webpages/microsites owned by the Privacy Practices team by completing attestations, updating records, registering websites and supporting the Business if they have questions on the privacy pages
+ Privacy Notice Support: Support on the creation & update processes of Cookie Notices as well as supports the Business on questions related to Privacy Statements
+ Training and Awareness: support the creation and the maintenance of training material. To be proactive on supporting awareness campaigns across the business, promoting privacy culture and educate on changes to laws and regulations
+ Governance Framework: Support activities in relation to maintenance of the privacy governance framework. Partner with ICS Risk and Control teams across International to implement and execute high-quality privacy risk management standards and practices to increase awareness of privacy standards, controls, regulations, and industry best practice
+ Privacy Risk Assessments: support the business in completing privacy assessments (e.g., DPIA, LIA, etc.) and driving consistent guidance. Issue Prevention: support the Business activities to prevent and resolve privacy issues, granting effective process and controls execution
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Experience in Risk/Control Management
+ Privacy knowledge and understanding of Privacy regulations in EMEA
+ Proficiency in English
+ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Self-motivated, business and customer focused with excellent relationship and organizational skills
+ Aptitude to operate within a policy & process driven environment and to maintain risk management / policy standards
+ Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in digital tracking and Privacy regulations related to it (GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, PECR)
+ Data Protection and Privacy Professional Certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPP/US)
