**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Senior FullStack Application Developer, you'll be at the forefront of our technical strategy, driving innovation and excellence in our full-stack development practices. Your responsibilities will extend beyond individual projects to encompass mentorship, architectural decisions, and strategic planning. You'll be expected to set the standard for coding best practices, ensure scalability and reliability of our systems, and lead the team through complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive technical strategy for full-stack application development.
* Design and implement highly scalable and robust systems.
* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in their growth and development.
* Conduct in-depth code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Expertise in multiple server-side programming languages and deep understanding of web technologies.
* Strong experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Proven success leading full-stack development projects from inception to deployment.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
