Key Responsibilities
- Carry out building and maintenance works including:
- Kitchen fitting
- Tiling
- Flooring installation
- Basic plumbing and carpentry tasks
- Prepare empty properties for re-letting.
- Complete repairs in occupied homes where needed.
- Use council vehicles to travel between sites in Kettering and Corby.
Essential Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Respond to repair requests in occupied accommodations.

- Drive NNC vehicles for business use and travel between locations as required.

Qualifications:
