Are you passionate about education and technology? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Learning Designer to join their apprenticeship program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in e-learning and instructional design. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the UK, developing innovative digital content for our apprentices. You will work closely with experienced professionals to craft engaging learning experiences that support apprentices throughout their development journey.

- Assist in the design and development of engaging digital learning materials for apprenticeship programs, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive exercises, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and apprenticeship trainers to translate learning needs into effective online content.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software to create visually appealing and interactive learning resources.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct research on emerging trends in digital learning and instructional design to propose new ideas.
- Assist in the evaluation of learning content effectiveness through user feedback and performance data.
- Ensure all digital learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and meet quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new learning initiatives.
- Help in updating and revising existing digital learning content as needed.
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of e-learning development, from storyboarding to final production.
- Follow design guidelines and templates provided by the senior learning design team.
- A strong interest in digital learning, education, or e-learning development.
- A minimum of GCSEs or A-Levels, with a strong academic record. A degree in a related field is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic proficiency with computers and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- An aptitude for creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with guidance.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
