Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital learning design and development, with a focus on vocational training or apprenticeships.
- Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience in designing and developing for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
