We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Learner Resourcer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and telephone experience.
As a Learner Resourcer, you'll play a vital part in this exciting process, supporting the recruitment team with a diverse range of tasks.
Working as part of our team you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirement of the business roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and resource candidates via apprenticeship website, job sites and social media platforms
- Conduct telephone interviews, shortlisted candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, career goals
- Completing candidate application forms, obtain prior attainment checks, delivering and documenting high quality Information Advice Guidance (IAG)
- Ensuring that candidates are supplied to Employer Engagement Team in a timely manner
- Booking Maths and English invigilation.
- Have awareness of other coordinators vacancies in order to refer suitable candidates
- Liaise with Employment Engagement Team to ensure vacancy outcomes are timely and KPI’s are achieved.
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
