The Role
Join a highly regarded pool installation and maintenance company as a Pool Engineer, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of domestic and commercial customers across Sussex. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will manage all aspects of pool care, including installations, servicing, and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. As the face of the company, you will build strong relationships with clients while upholding the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing allocated jobs from inception to completion, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during servicing, maintenance, and installation work.
- Conducting routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, water testing, and balancing chemicals.
- Installing and maintaining pool liners, pumps, filtration systems, heating systems, and air handling units (AHUs).
- Undertaking fault-finding, leak detection, and plant room rebuilding.
