Senior Architect or Experienced Part II - Future Director Opportunity
Location: Near Maidenhead

Talent Forte is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run architecture and construction practice based near Maidenhead. They're looking for an experienced Architect (Part III or confident Part II) to join their small, collaborative team in a senior capacity-with a clear route to future Directorship for the right person.

Role Highlights:

Candidate Profile:

Within a commutable distance of Maidenhead and happy to be office-based 4 days/week
Practical, delivery-focused and comfortable with real-world construction

We're working with a design-led architecture and construction practice near Maidenhead that's looking to appoint a Senior Architect to take ownership of residential and commercial schemes from concept to completion.
With project values typically between 100k and 3m, the role offers full involvement across the design and delivery lifecycle. You'll be working closely with a highly experienced Part 3 architect (30+ years in practice), leading junior team members and playing a key role in shaping how projects are delivered on the ground.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on project ownership and is confident running schemes through planning, technical design and construction.
