They are seeking a Senior Design Architect to join their team in West London. This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Architect to work on high-end and prime residential projects, taking a lead role in shaping concept designs and driving them forward through to Stage 3.
As Senior Design Architect, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing briefs, formulating concept designs, and producing inspirational sketches and 3D visualisations. Acting as the link between the Directors and the delivery team, you’ll oversee early-stage design and planning, ensuring a seamless transition through to project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading design development across RIBA Stages 0 – 3
- Producing high-quality concept sketches and visualisations
- Collaborating with Directors, in-house specialists, and external consultants
- Supervising planning drawings and coordinating the design team
- Preparing Design & Access Statements and planning submissions
- Liaising with planning and design officers, including pre-submission meetings
- Coordinating the discharge of consent conditions
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience in high-end residential or hotel design (£5m+ contract values)
- Strong hand-drawing and 3D conceptual skills

We currently have a new Architect job available working with a high-end real estate and development company that is now looking to employ its own in-house Architect. This role would involve working on both projects in London and Athens and would require regular travel to Athens.
A high-end real estate and development company with projects in Athens and London is bringing its design services in-house. With a portfolio of luxury properties along the Athenian coastline and in prime London postcodes, the business is now seeking an Architect to join the team.
The role will involve working directly with the Managing Director to deliver live projects from day one, overseeing both architectural and interior design elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-end residential work, be confident running projects independently, and be motivated to help shape and grow the design side of the business.
This is a key position offering the chance to take a lead role across developments in both Athens and London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work across all project stages from concept to delivery
- Work closely with the director to develop and deliver concept designs
- Take day-to-day responsibility for the running of projects
- Liaise directly with clients and manage on-site issues as they arise
- Frequent travel to Athens (typically 4-5 days a month as required)
- Accommodation provided during Athens stays
