Our Principal Technical Architects are responsible for leading and delivering strategically significant, complex client engagements across our portfolio of clients. They lead the Technical Architecture and Cyber aspects of client engagements while overseeing wider delivery within the account, coach and develop team members, and monitor delivery to achieve high client satisfaction. They engage with clients to understand challenges and build lasting, trusted-advisor relationships, and oversee multiple concurrent client deliveries to share best practices across engagements and industries.nResponsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide solution advice as a trusted advisor, and shape solutions that leverage Made Tech's capabilities.nAssess project performance within the billable delivery team, quality-assure deliverables and outcomes, and coach/mentor team members to achieve engagement outcomes and career development.nAct as a Technical Authority to provide oversight and ensure alignment with internal and industry best practices; capture engagement experience to improve standards and contribute to Made Tech knowledge.nParticipate in business development activities, including bids and pre-sales within the account and practice; coach team members and oversee relevant technical aspects of proposal submissions.nUndertake people management responsibilities, including performance reviews and professional development of engagement and practice colleagues.nServe as a thought leader within Made Tech and the public sector, representing the company at industry events and driving the sharing of best practices.nSkills, knowledge and expertise

Salary: 45k - 52k
Permanent, Full time position, Hybrid Working 1 day per week
Opportunity to join an Architectural practice with a well-established reputation centered around large scale complex projects in the UK and Europe. You would be joining an experienced team of talented individuals, within a friendly environment that has appreciation for BIM and its benefits across projects and practice.
In terms of projects, you would gain exposure across a diverse portfolio, some of the imminent works in the pipe line span across Data Centre and technically complex commercial sectors.
Leading on projects from concept design proposals, to delivery, Including presenting to clients and local planning authorities, overseeing technical development and detailed design with UL building regulations and planning requirements.
This role will also encompass managers tender processes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
Requirements:
Qualified ARB Architect or CIAT Technician, or equivalent overseas qualifications.
Minimum 6 years post qualification experience

Strong design, coordination and communication skills, fluent in English
