A leading specialist architectural practice based in the East Midlands is offering an exciting opportunity for an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. Daily Duties:

- Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and NBS

Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Practical experience in residential design and construction
- In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and Accessible Design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD; NBS specification experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with disability-focused design is advantageous but not essential
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel nationally
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
