Location: London Gateway - Permanent. Full time
I am looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the product lifecycle-from stock management to quality control, customer liaison, and beyond. Join a fast-paced team where your expertise will shape the success of the product supply!
As the Product Manager you'll be doing:
- Manage daily product stock allocation, order of use, and consignment yield updates to ensure smooth operations and minimal waste.
- Oversee product re-inspections and verify all QC reports, scores, and action plans-driving continuous improvement through data.
- Lead customer rejection investigations, update internal systems, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the Technical team.
- Act as the primary liaison with customer Product Managers and Technical Managers, sharing quality insights and performance updates.
- Ensure accurate, timely product, specification, and labelling information is shared across the business and with external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update company service level performance reports, including QSL metrics and Safe Food 360 complaint dashboards.
- Drive product excellence by supporting staff training, refining processes, and working with technical teams to enhance systems and standards.
- Collaborate across procurement, commercial, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations
What you'll need:
- Full clean driving licence and own transport
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Ability to confidently communicate with external stakeholders
- Full UK working rights as no sponsorship / PWS visas are available
