- Estimate project art requirements, track progress, and ensure adherence to agreed schedules and budgets.
- Manage team recruitment, performance reviews, timekeeping, and disciplinary processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and styles to keep our games fresh and innovative.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of Artists or as a Senior Artist in the iGaming industry, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Salary of up to £65k and benefits package
- Hybrid work pattern (preferably 2-3 days in the Midlands based studio)

SAE London is seeking a Games Art & Animation Lecturer to collaborate on teaching in our Games Art & Animation program. This role involves preparing and delivering on-campus teaching including tutorials and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate learning through a variety of engaging methods of pedagogy.
- Enhance students’ learning experience and outcomes through focused talks, and delivery of lesson plans and course material as required.
- Providing timely and useful feedback to students to challenge their thinking and ensure understanding.
- Effective, consistent, and timely marking of assessments.
Essential Criteria:
- Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, be highly organised and possess good time management skills.
