The Role

This is a pivotal creative role where you’ll combine hands-on design and motion skills with concepting and art direction. You’ll lead by example – developing ideas, crafting high-quality creative, and mentoring designers to bring concepts to life across a wide range of channels and formats.
From campaigns and brand activations to digital, social, in-gym, and print, you’ll work on projects that push the brand forward while ensuring everything we produce is on brief, on brand, and creatively exceptional. You’ll also play a key role in evolving and applying our brand’s creative toolkit, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Key duties will include:
- Lead creative projects from concept through to final delivery, working across design, motion, and film.
- Develop creative concepts and art direction for campaigns and content across all channels, regions, and audiences.
- Apply and evolve the brand’s creative toolkit to ensure distinctive, high-quality creative across all touchpoints.
- Mentor and manage creative, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them grow and deliver their best work.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead on creative direction, ensuring ideas are strategically aligned and executed to a high standard.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, motion designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders across the business to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Champion creativity and brand consistency, acting as a guardian for brand identity and tone of voice.
- Keep up to date with design, motion, and creative trends, proactively bringing fresh thinking into the studio.
- Contribute to process improvements within the studio to drive efficiency and quality.

The Person
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love making things run like clockwork, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also need to demonstrate:
- A portfolio that demonstrates hands-on design and motion skills, from concept to execution, across a wide range of content and channels.
- Proven experience in art direction and brand application, with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns and creative assets at scale.
- Strong design skills across digital and print, with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience managing and mentoring designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
- The ability to balance creative flair with strategic thinking and brand alignment.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, with great people skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and regions.
