Job Description
We're Beauty Pie. We're the world's first luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club. And we're disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We're looking for an experienced and conceptually strong Art Director to join us on a 6m FTC, leading visual development across all creative touchpoints.
From campaign and eCommerce to social content, you'll craft compelling visuals that build brand love, drive performance, and push creative boundaries. Working under the guidance of the Senior Art Director, you'll take ownership of creative projects—from early ideation through to flawless execution—across digital, print, and social platforms.
So, what will you be doing?
- Develop and execute high-quality, on-brand visual concepts that are strategic, on-brand, and high-impact across video, digital and print
- Direct both still and motion shoots, including casting, storyboarding, and on-set direction
- Oversee day-to-day creative output across marketing channels including website, social, email and paid media
- Maintain and evolve our visual identity to ensure a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms while pushing creative boundaries and testing new ideas
- Collaborate closely with our Ecommerce, Social Media, Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing and Communications teams to balance brand-building with performance goals
- Manage junior art directors and content creators, giving clear feedback and elevating the overall standard of creative
- Partner with production leads to ensure timely, high-quality execution of projects
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that every piece of creative that goes out the door is consistently, distinctively and identifiably Beauty Pie
We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you're aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you're really good at what you do (even if you don't tick all the boxes) apply anyway
- Prior experience in a creative role, ideally in beauty, wellness, or fashion
- Excellent portfolio showcasing refined taste and multi-channel work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One (and Figma preferred) and expert in working with motion and video teams.
- Agile, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
