Purpose of the Job:

  • To take a leading role in teaching Art.
  • To work with senior leaders to develop the curriculum and teach across qualification pathways within Art.
  • To work under the guidance of SLT to raise the standard of Art across the school.
  • Review, monitor and adapt curriculum matters in order to ensure a challenging, engaging and appropriate Art curriculum is being delivered to all.
  • To share the school’s values and ethos to create a highly personalised curriculum to meet individuals’ needs in an environment that is nurturing and holistic.
