Salary: c£38,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am – 6pm
Our client is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic approach and the willingness to go the extra mile.
Duties of the Production Line Leader will include:
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, people are wearing correct PPE and corrective action is taken where necessary
- Manage Production activity ensuring quality targets are met through the effective use of KPIs
- Ensure staffing levels are correct for requirements
- Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are always audit ready
- Provide coaching and leadership to all team members, identifying any training needs
- Ensure any production / packing issues are identified and addressed in an efficient manner
- Liaise with Engineering team to ensure appropriate response and ongoing maintenance
We are looking for Production Line Leader will need the following skills/experience:
- Experience working within a Food Manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Good organisational skills
- Excel in working within a fast-paced pressurised environment

Salary: £36,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 weekly rotation
Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, the Production Line Leader is responsible for managing a team of Production Line Operators with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve functionality and efficiency.
Our client is looking for someone with a flexible attitude to work, the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements, can work unsupervised, challenges the status quo and is sensitive to the needs and demands of others.
Duties of the Production Line Leader will include:
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, with the correct PPE in place, challenging where necessary
- Report near misses and accidents, investigate problems, agree and implement actions
- Ensure labour resource is utilised correctly to hit production targets
- GMP and housekeeping standards are maintained
- Drive effective performance across production / packing areas
- Promote continuous improvement culture, taking opportunities to drive process improvements
