Do you have a background in Assembly or Production? Are you looking for a stable, hands-on job in a clean and friendly workplace where you will be given full training and a 4 day working week?
This company is a trusted manufacturer with 100+ years of experience, making electrical parts for industries like rail, marine, and telecoms. You will work a 38 hour week, 6:30-4:30PM, Monday to Thursday.
In this job, you'll help put together small parts, use basic hand tools, and carry out light assembly work. You will also help with keeping your workspace tidy and entering simple data on a computer (full training provided). The work is steady with clear instructions and support throughout the day.
This role is ideal for an Assembly Technician or similar, looking for a stable job, a 4 day working week and a company who give a great environment as well as full training.
The Role:
- Put together small parts by hand using screws, bolts, and other simple fasteners
- Use basic tools like screwdrivers and rivet guns (training provided)
- Enter simple data on a computer (you'll be shown how)
- Keep your area clean and report any problems to your team leader
- 38 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm
