**The Impact:** This is an exciting opportunity for an Upstream Asset Valuation Analyst in the Middle East & CIS regional team. The Analyst will be predominantly responsible for the production, cost and economic modelling of oil & gas projects across the CIS region.

**Responsibilities:**
The analyst will work within a team of geologists, economists and engineers focusing on the analysis of the upstream aspects of oil & gas developments in the CIS region. The successful candidate will be able to carry out independent research integrating findings with internal sources and leveraging own technical knowledge and understanding of market dynamics in the region to build consistent and insightful asset analysis.
You will be considered an expert in the assigned markets and will be required to provide asset valuation estimations and other insights based on data, information and analysis you carry out.
Part of the role is client-facing therefore the ability and confidence to communicate the ideas and present own work in a clear structured way is paramount.
This position is critical in supporting the company's varied customers who subscribe to the Vantage platform and all Upstream Intelligence services. These customers include international and state-controlled oil and gas companies, financial analysts, vessel owners, shipyards, equipment suppliers and others.
Other areas of responsibility comprise:
+ Solid understanding of the upstream oil & gas sector including resource development, cost estimating, midstream infrastructure, demand/supply, and regulatory issues.
+ Responsible for upstream asset evaluation across the CIS; research gathering, reserve estimation, production forecasting, field development planning, cost estimation
+ Ability to perform detailed research and critically assess and capture field/company/country data from various sources.
+ Ensure data validity, consistency, and alignment with internal and external benchmarks where possible through the application of rigorous quality control and assurance processes.
+ Effectively prioritize competing requests for limited resources to deliver content, respond to stakeholders and support commercial activities.
**What We're Looking For:**
+ BSc or MSc in petroleum geology, engineering, or economics
+ Over two years' experience in an operating company or as an upstream researcher/analyst for a research or consulting firm highly desirable
+ Highly analytical and quantitative - ability to critically review inputs, calculations and outputs. Comfortable working with large datasets
+ Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as carry out independent research
+ Knowledge of petroleum geology, discounted cash flow models, petroleum economics and relevant software (e.g. cost estimation, PowerBi) all advantageous
+ The ability and confidence to communicate your ideas and present own work in a clear structured way as part of the role is client facing
+ Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be at the heart of a busy and diverse Commercial Property team, with a strong emphasis on Landlord and Tenant matters. Your role will involve advising on, drafting, and negotiating leases, transfer deeds, and a wide range of property-related legal documents.

Key Responsibilities for the Real Estate Paralegal Role:

  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of commercial property transactions, including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, deeds of variation, assignments, licences, surrenders, supplemental leases, break notices, rent deposits, easements, covenants, and customer licences.
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents from heads of terms through to engrossment, using templates or preparing first drafts when needed.
  • Review and negotiate documents from other parties to ensure commercially sound agreements.
  • Conduct thorough title investigations (both registered and unregistered), raise requisitions, and advise on title defects and practical solutions.
  • Handle completions and post-completion procedures, including SDLT/LTT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, and other legal professionals.
  • Manage client processes, update internal and client systems, track milestones, and maintain accurate deed records.
  • Represent the firm at client review meetings and provide updates on transactions and projects.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, including the possibility of client secondments.
  • Participate in training and development sessions, networking events, and client presentations.
  • Use key business software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and various client platforms.

Our client is seeking a dynamic agent to join their Dental Brokerage team based in their Bristol office. The role will focus on sourcing and transacting dental deals, covering the South West region and this person can currently be in either commercial or residential property sales. The Role Generating leads to sell, processing instructions, and managing deals to completion. Focus on growing the brokerage activity in the dental market across the South West region. Generate relationships and develop new business, winning agency mandates through various prospecting methods. Negotiate and agree deals, and manage the sales process. The Person Background in real estate with experience in commercial or residential property sales or the dental industry. Highly organised and self-motivated. UK Driver’s licence Exceptional negotiation and communication skills Remuneration The salary will depend on prior experience but will likely be up to c. £40,000 plus commission with OTE conservatively guided at c. £50,000 for this salary, but commission is uncapped so it could exceed this. A car allowance is also offered plus insurance and various other benefits.
