ARM is working with a major global infrastructure consultancy, who are currently recruiting for an Implementation Manager to join their security transformation team based at Heathrow Airport.


About You:

  • You will have substantial skills and experience in telecoms or networking support function
  • Experience with LAN technology is essential
  • Formal project management or IT systems training is desirable
  • You will be an experienced progressional with at least 2 years operational experience in an IT, Network, or Engineering department.


What you will be doing:

You’ll be working in the security transformation team, delivering technical support, engineering services and project management to Heathrow Airport. You’ll deal with the design and installation of passive IT infrastructure and the bidding and delivery of projects (ensuring on time, cost and quality).


Other responsibilities will include managing suppliers, producing regular reports, and coordinating projects with planning supervisors, construction managers, and other clients.

This position will be based from Heathrow. There will be some home working (hybrid) on this role also.


What you can expect in return:


This role is initially a 12-month contract and is paying up to £52 per hour. Hybrid working is available but there is an expectation due to the nature of work to be on site when required.

About the Role

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a highly experienced HR Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in a major business-wide restructuring and change programme . This is a strategic project-based role that will see you partner with global HR leaders, regional teams, and the central transformation function to align people strategy with bold organisational change.

The successful candidate will act as the senior HR lead across all transformation and change workstreams, with some focus on the UK and Continental Europe (CE) regions.

Key Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner – Employee Relations for a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role focused on supporting large-scale transformation and restructuring initiatives within the UK and across Europe.

This opportunity requires deep ER experience beyond policy advisory – specifically in organisational change, workforce transformation, and if you have European Works Council consultation that would be highly advantageous but not essential. Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Employee Relations, Senior HR Business Partners, and cross-functional programme teams, alongside the broader HR function. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders during a time of significant change.

Key Responsibilities

HR Advisory & Strategic Partnership

Operate as a strategic HR partner supporting transformation and organisational change.Support the design and delivery of new operating models and restructuring initiatives.Provide HR guidance aligned with compliance, business needs, and employee engagement.

Employee Relations Leadership

Advise on high-risk ER issues, with a focus on restructuring, role redesign, and consultation.Deliver legally sound and culturally sensitive approaches across European jurisdictions.Collaborate with local HR and legal counsel during collective consultation and change processes.Engage with European Works Councils , where applicable.

Transformation & Restructuring

Contribute to organisational design and change management planning in a matrixed global setting.Guide processes related to role changes, redeployment, exits, and communications.Advise on employee impacts, communications strategy, and risk management.

HR Policy, Compliance & Collaboration

Ensure HR policy application is compliant with employment law across multiple jurisdictions.Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting people transformation.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Communications teams to deliver aligned change strategies. Requirements

Your Experience & Background

Proven experience leading or supporting major transformation, restructuring, and consultation processes .Demonstrable work with or exposure to European Works Councils or cross-border ER bodies, advantageous but not essentialPrior experience in financial services or partnership organisations  preferred.Strong commercial awareness and confident stakeholder management in complex, matrixed organisations.Excellent ER technical knowledge, especially around consultation and organisational change.

Additional Details

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:30 (minimum 50% office-based as per hybrid working policy).Reporting Line: Programme Lead and Head of Employee Relations.
