An award winning Construction Consultancy are searching for an experienced, client-facing Associate Director to join their Project Management team based near Blackheath.
The Associate Director will have a strong background working for within Consultancies and bring experience delivering projects within the Residential sector.
The Company that the Associate Director will join:
The Associate Director will be joining a growing Consultancy that have a strong reputation for delivering schemes in the Residential sector. The Associate Director will be working closely alongside the Project Director whilst overseeing projects including New Builds, Extensions and Refurbishments with Contract values as high as 30m.
The Associate Director Role:
The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start-finish. The Associate Director will be collaborating with the Project Director and Senior Project Manager and will be offering their full support and knowledge to the wider Project Management team.
As an Associate Director, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they're satisfied with the progress made on their projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to Completion
- Maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties
- Support the Senior Project Managers with any challenges faced during project lifecycles
- Report to Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress
- Ability to run projects simultaneously
- Attend weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress
- Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
The Associate Director Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Construction Consultancy
- Knowledge of Residential sector
- MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
- A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal
- Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What would be offered:
- 75,000-85,000 per annum salary package
- 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Hybrid approach available
- Travel to site expensed

We are recruiting experienced **Environmental Consultants** to join as an **Associate EIA Director** . Our Environment & Sustainability business has over 650 staff working across the UK and Ireland. As an **Associate EIA Director** youu2019ll lead and manage multidisciplinary environmental inputs to large-scale development projects that are transforming our infrastructure and helping the UK achieve its net zero goals - this includes:
Energy generation projects, including carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and renewables (solar and wind)
Energy distribution and transmission projects (including international connectors)
Strategic national and regional rail projects
Highway improvements and greenway projects
Regeneration projects, including portside developments
Developments within the ecommerce, minerals and waste, water, defence, aviation, commercial/ residential and industrial sectors
You will have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of development projects covering multiple consenting regimes (DCO, TCPA, TWA, hybrid Bill etc.).
You will work daily with technical experts within our established Environmental Impact team. We are a founding member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) EIA Quality Mark, whilst everything we do aligns with our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy.
**_Hereu2019s what youu2019ll do:_**
**Lead:** Lead multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a wide range of projects, helping our clients gain development consent. This includes leading the preparation of EIA screening letters, Scoping Reports and Environmental Statements, requiring the technical review of specialist chapters. Managing resources, delegating activities, monitoring and managing project budgets
**Collaborate:** Work as part of integrated design teams to identify environmental constraints, avoid impacts and develop solutions in accordance with the mitigation hierarchy, as well as delivering benefits where possible. Working in partnership with internal supply teams and members of the wider business

As part of AECOMu2019s Security & Technology team, the group provides ICT design and support services to complement and enhance the design activities of the Mechanical and Electrical teams.
