We are looking for an Engineer to join our team that is curious about security and loves to know what's going on "under the hood". You'll join a team of highly passionate and knowledgeable Engineers, QAs and Architects. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn on the job, while working on exciting, not your 'run of the mill' projects. The Shared Services team develops security critical services for teams across Sage which are used in our products worldwide. The Associate Engineer joining this growing team will be responsible for building, improving and maintaining these services and will enjoy involvement and ownership of the full lifecycle of the service.

development
· It would be great if you have worked with AWS or other Cloud platforms like Azure, and have
experience with relational and non-relational databases, RESTful API design.
· A DevOps mindset with the desire to manage the whole lifecycle of the service.
· Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies.

Job Summary
The role would focus on providing drainage and highway infrastructure design, working on design and delivery of large strategic housing sites (predominately in Hampshire). You will also support and collaborate with project managers from across the business to meet the needs and expectations of their clients. Experience

- Acting as a first point of contact for customer calls
- Use the internal system to log and update calls
- To support with software related issues
- Providing regular updates when required to relevant parties- both internally and to customers
- Acting as an escalation point to resolve and troubleshoot complex issues
- Perform detailed investigation, analysis and resolution of issues and problems for global customers as per defined Incident Management procedures.
