Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and potentially hydraulic/pneumatic systems in industrial settings.
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and remote access tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is highly preferred.
