What you'll do
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define solution strategies, ensuring alignment across project goals and technical requirements.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects as a technical audio hardware architect, driving innovation and hands-on development of audio systems.
- Monitor and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system architecture, while mentoring team members in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Support the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery, including planning and implementing quality control strategies for production.
- Develop and test audio hardware performance, create prototypes for new technologies, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Present and defend architectural and technical decisions, contributing to cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Proven Commercial experience in Audio Hardware Engineering
- Experience working with speaker systems and amplifiers
- Sound understanding of audio DSP implementation
- Sound understanding of Microphone/microphone array technologies
- Commercial experience in designing and developing consumer level (or higher) audio subsystems.
