Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain AV systems (audio, video, control, and conferencing solutions). li>Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Work with client to ensure solutions meet requirements and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on AV design and integration projects.
Based in Middlesex salary is circa £40k p. doe plus benefits
Your skills and experience
- li>Proven experience as an AV Engineer / AV Technician.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, cabling, and signal flow.
- Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.).
- Ability to read technical drawings and system schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full driving licence (preferred, if travel is required).

This is a full-time, on-site role for a lead Audio Visual (AV) Engineer working primarily in luxury residential properties around Surrey and London.
You will be responsible for leading your on site team installing and commissioning systems such as Lutron, Crestron, KNX and a multitude of other Audio, Video and Cinema systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in high end residential market
- Lutron Homeworks Certified, Crestron Certified or Control4
- Stong IT skills
- Proficiency in rack building, second fix of AV devices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Experience in both residential and commercial projects is a plus

Are you an AV Engineer with experience in Lutron / Control 4 looking to join a forward-thinking company offering high-end smart home automation projects, technical training, and a clear path to Commissioning Manager?
This is your opportunity to become part of a specialist, fast-growing AV company delivering bespoke smart-home systems (including lighting control, home cinema, and whole-home automation) to prestigious residential clients across London and beyond.
The Role:
You'll be playing a vital role in delivering and maintaining high-spec residential AV systems. You'll handle:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of residential smart home AV systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of control systems (Lutron essential, Control4/Crestron a bonus)
- Client support across live projects and legacy installations
- Working on a rotating job app schedule, updated every 14 days
- Occasional travel for overnight stays, with full accommodation, travel, and meals covered
Essential Experience:
