  • Oversee a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and support.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of automated systems.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive improvements.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships for equipment and services.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience with automated warehousing systems (AS/RS, robotics, WMS).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid management structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
