  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively for automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and process automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA systems, and HMI development.
  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, motion control, and sensor technologies.
  • Experience with data acquisition, analysis, and reporting for process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and for project meetings.
