As an Internal Sales Engineer , youll perform the same duties as an external sales engineer but work virtually with end customers rather than face-to-face. What you'll be doing:

  • Take full responsibility for the turnover and results of your assigned customers, nurturing and expanding the current client base.
  • Meet proactive contact targets through telephone sales calls and virtual meetings via Teams.
  • Promote new products and solutions while arranging product presentations for clients over Teams.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, define customer requirements, and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice and consulting to customers on application solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on individual proposals and quotations, ensuring successful sales closure.

  • A degree in electrical engineering, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or engineering, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to get things done.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Based within commuting distance of Northwich, Cheshire, and eligible to work in the UK.
