Primary Responsibilities will include :

    • Using Automation and QA methods to ensure the consistent service of the Workplace Environment.
    • Engineering Windows builds, integrating Windows desktop operating systems and core applications.
    • Developing Disaster Recovery Solutions built on Acronis, Powershell, VMware and SQL.
    • Analysing of existing infrastructure to meet service level agreements.
    • Troubleshooting, Administration and providing L3 Technical Support for Desktops and Disaster Recovery Solution
  • Additional Support on Windows, Citrix, SCCM, InTune, Citrix VDA, Azure

Qualifications and Required Skills

    • 10+ Years of experience with Windows desktop, VDI and Citrix technologies - admin, maintenance and deployments in an enterprise-engineering position.
