The Role
We are looking for a Technical Automation & Workflow Engineer with deep technical skills in automation and infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining n8n workflows, Airtable databases, API integrations, and cold email infrastructure that keep our campaigns running at peak performance.
This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the Head of Delivery .
What You’ll DoWorkflow Engineering
- Build, optimize, and maintain n8n workflows for scraping, verification, enrichment, and campaign automation.
- Write and debug JavaScript functions to extend automation capabilities.
Database & Systems Integration
- Develop and maintain Airtable databases for leads, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Connect third-party APIs (Apollo, Instantly, MillionVerifier, Leadmagic, Icypeas, etc.) into seamless workflows.
Infrastructure Support
- Audit, improve, and scale cold email infrastructure (sending domains, inbox rotation, deliverability).
- Implement monitoring systems to ensure uptime, performance, and deliverability.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with the Head of Delivery to deploy new technical solutions at scale.
- Provide support to Growth Consultants by resolving issues, building tools, and automating repetitive tasks.
Innovation

+ Standard Operating Procedures: Create and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
