Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for aviation services, aligning with operational needs and financial targets.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiation, and contract management.
- Manage and optimize contracts with key aviation service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are controlled.
- Identify and deliver significant cost savings and value enhancement opportunities within the aviation services categories.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to ensure procurement strategies support business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and supplier innovations impacting the aviation sector.
- Mitigate supply chain risks associated with critical aviation services.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, driving performance improvements and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Provide expert advice and support on procurement matters related to aviation services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field. MCIPS or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and category management, with a strong focus on the aviation industry or related complex services procurement.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large spend categories and delivering substantial cost savings.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation services procurement, including contracts, SLAs, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management in supply chains.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in e-procurement tools and contract management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results.

We are looking for an Account Manager (Financial Services & Legal Market Sectors) to be an integral part of our team, lead the relationship with Financial Asset Managers and Europe's leading law firms, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities:

- Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off
- Early shifts: 10 hours Starting between 03:30 - 04:30 and finishing between 13:30 - 14:30
- Late shifts: 10 hours Starting between 12:30 - 13:30 and finishing between 22:30 - 23:30
- 40 hours per week.
- Weekly pay (every Friday).

Key Duties:
- Using equipment and manual search techniques to ensure that no prohibited articles are taken into secure airport areas.
- Carrying out regular patrols around airside and landside locations, access control, and passenger and x-ray screening.
- Attending to and investigating reports of incidents.
- Completing documentation clearly and concisely on any incidents that may have occurred.
- Responding to and assisting with emergency situations.
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
