We’re delighted to be supporting a highly regarded Law Firm based in Manchester in their search for a talented Cloud Services Engineer to join their growing IT function. As a Cloud Services Engineer, you’ll play a central role in shaping, maintaining, and optimising the firm’s Microsoft Azure environment. From day one, you’ll be hands-on with a wide range of technologies—ensuring that their cloud and hosted systems remain secure, high-performing, and cost-efficient, while also contributing to innovative new projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- p>Designing and enhancing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery).

Monitoring, maintaining, and optimising the performance, availability, and scalability of cloud services.

Automating and streamlining operations with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure DevOps, and Azure Monitor .

Operating and improving the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment.

**What you'll be doing:**
As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for the hands-on technical delivery of cloud solutions and managed services.
+ Building and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
+ Monitoring Azure environments and resolving technical issues
+ Troubleshooting Windows and network-related problems
+ Responding to and resolving incident tickets
+ Supporting root cause analysis and contributing to service improvement initiatives
+ Automating tasks using PowerShell and cloud-native tools
+ Participating in client meetings and collaborating with customers to resolve technical issues

**What experience you'll bring:**
